Good evening Families of Fern Bacon Middle School, 

This is Mrs. Coronado with several End-of-Year updates.

1.  8th Graders who are attending the FIELD TRIP on Tuesday, 5/27 have a choice to purchase lunch at King’s Skate or be provided with a school lunch.  Please know you do have an option and will need to bring money if you decide to buy lunch there.

2.  AWARD LETTERS recognizing students with great grades (3.0 GPA and above) and perfect attendance went home with students this week.  Please ask them about it or call our Front Office at (916) 395-5340.

3.  Our HERITAGE FESTIVAL celebrating culture will take place on Friday, May 30th.  We’ll have music, performances, and vendors on that day.  Students may want to bring money.  

If you have any questions, please call our office.  Remember, school will be closed on Monday in observance of MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY.  However, all this information and more can be found on our website.

Les habla la Sra. Coronado con información de fin de año. 

1. Los alumnos de 8.º grado que asisteran la excursión el martes 27 de mayo pueden comprar su lonche en King’s Skate o recibir un lonche escolar. Quiero que sepan que tienen la opción de comprar el lonche alli y que deberán traer dinero si es lo que deciden. 

2. Esta semana, se enviaron cartas de reconocimiento a los estudiantes con excelentes calificaciones y asistencia. Por favor, preguntenle a su alumno o llamen a nuestra oficina principal al (916) 395-5340 para averiguar.  

3. Nuestro Festival de Cultura se llevará a cabo el viernes 30 de mayo. Habrá música, presentaciones y vendedores ese día. Se recomienda a los alumnos traer dinero si quieren.  

Si tienen alguna pregunta, por favor llamen a nuestra oficina. Recuerden que la escuela estará cerrada el lunes por el Día de los Caídos. Sin embargo, pueden encontrar toda esta información y más en nuestro sitio web.
