Field Trip form required with Parent Signature.  Bus leaves Fern Bacon @ 9:30 AM.  Students may not be dropped off at Sunsplash.  8th Grade Field Trip only.  EOY Letter required for all students in attendance.  Fern Bacon Middle School rules and expectations apply at all times.
