Sac City Unified is preparing to reopen schools and is requesting that each family select how you plan to return to school for the remainder of the school. Please take a minute to make a choice. There are two options families may choose. 

The 1st CHOICE is if you wish your child to return to In-Person learning for two days a week at school in combination with 3 days of Distance Learning.

The 2nd CHOICE is to remain at home doing Distance Learning five days a week. At this time we do not know the instructional schedule yet for either choice.  

All families MUST fill out this form letting us know so we can plan accordingly. The last day to fill out this survey is Wednesday, March 17th. You will need your child’s ID NUMBER which you can find on your INFINITE CAMPUS account or please call or main Office at (916) 395-5340. Once again, please fill out your Intent to Return form by or on Wednesday, March 17th.
