This is Mrs. Coronado calling with a very important message.  You are receiving this call because we have not received an application from you and need your support.  This very important application determines our eligibility to provide free lunch to every student here at Fern Bacon.  An application called the Local Control Funding Form or LCFF went home with your child today during 6th period.  Please take a minute to fill out this form or do it online to help with our funding.  Our goal is to get 100% of our parents by the deadline of October 31st.  We are still short 88 families and need your support.  Can you please take a minute to fill out this income-based form on paper or online so we can continue to offer free lunch to all.  Thank you and have a great evening.
