Good evening families of Fern Bacon Middle School. This is Mrs. Coronado calling with two important announcements. If you are applying to the McClatchy HISP program, you must register online to take the writing test. The deadline to register for this writing test is this Friday, November 22nd at Fern Bacon.  Ask your ELA teacher or Mr. Avelar if you need help registering or visit our Fern Bacon Calendar on our website to register.  

Lastly, we want to thank you for working hard at Fern Bacon.  This Friday we will be on a regular schedule with dismissal time of 2:25 p.m.  We then begin our well-deserved Thanksgiving break on Saturday, November 23rd with no school the week of November 25th.  School resumes Monday, December 2nd.
