Dear Parents of Fern Bacon Middle School, 

​​Surveillance Testing will occur this Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Fern Bacon Middle School. Any unvaccinated student or student who has only had a first dose shot will need to register for COVID-19 testing to participate. The Surveillance district testing team will provide regular and routine testing on a weekly basis for those who are not vaccinated. Rapid antigen tests will provide results in 15-30 minutes which allows our school to quickly identify positive cases of COVID-19 and respond accordingly.

VACCINATED??? Students will be tested if they have not submitted proof that they are fully vaccinated.  You may do so by reporting your status online or bring proof of your VACCINATION CARD to the Main Office before Thursday, 12/16/2021.

Familias de Fern Bacon Middle School, 

Las pruebas de vigilancia se llevarán a cabo este jueves 16 de diciembre de 2021 en Fern Bacon Middle School. Cualquier estudiante no vacunado o que solo haya recibido una primera dosis de la vacuna deberá registrarse para la prueba COVID-19 para participar. El equipo de pruebas del distrito de vigilancia proporcionará pruebas regulares y de rutina semanalmente para aquellos que no estén vacunados. Las pruebas rápidas de antígenos proporcionarán resultados en 15 a 30 minutos, lo que permite a nuestra escuela identificar rápidamente los casos positivos de COVID-19 y responder en consecuencia. Se le hará la prueba si no ha presentado prueba de que está completamente vacunado. Puede hacerlo AQUÍ o traer un comprobante de su tarjeta de vacunación a la oficina principal antes del jueves 16/12/2021.
