Dear Parents of Fern Bacon Middle School,
Due to the absence of office staff, you are receiving this message as a general notice of Covid. Your child may or may not be a close contact. If so, your child would have received a hard copy of the email below:

WHY TWO (2) FREE COVID TESTS???
Two (2) free Covid-19 tests have been sent home with students. We would like students to test at home before returning to Fern Bacon from Winter Break. Directions include:
The 1st test is taken (3) days before returning to the school.
The 2nd test is taken (1) day before returning to school.
You may submit your results online or call (650) 275-5419. You may also register for weekly testing here. All this information and more can be found on our website.

COVID & FLU SHOT CLINIC HERE AT FERN BACON THIS WEDNESDAY, 12/01 FROM 4 PM – 7 PM
Good evening. This is Fern Bacon with a very important announcement regarding the Covid vaccine. Today is the deadline for all students to report their VACCINATION STATUS. The vaccine mandate is asking ALL FAMILIES to report their vaccine status by today, November 30th. You must respond with a YES or NO. Either response requires parent action. Please visit our website for all the links and more vaccine information on this mandate.

This is Mrs. Coronado, Principal, calling to update you with several announcement for the week. This Friday, November 5th, marks the end of the 1st Quarter. Your child did it! This is the last week before this Friday for your child to turn in late work or missing assignments. Check with your teacher on specific deadlines. Final grades will be posted in Infinite Campus this Friday, November 5, 2021.

Applications will be accepted November 1, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. through November 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
THE APPLICATION PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED. The next window to apply for a permit is in May 2022.
